Q:Do we have stock?

A:Please check our online store.

Q:When will stock arrive?

A:Please use the notify me function on our website. This is found on the right side of the page when viewing a product. We just require your email address and once the product is back in stock you will be notified accordingly. 

Q: How long does your delivery take?

A: Economy service will take anything from 2-5 working days depending on where you are based in the country.  The overnight express service will be delivered the next day for the major cities.  If you are in a small town or city deliveries will take a day or two longer.

Q:How much is shipping?

A:The shipping cost will be calculated on check-out. 

Q:I'm having trouble with my print results. How can I fix this with printer settings?

Q:Should I order online or come to the store?

A:Due to Covid-19, please order online. 

Q: When do I have to order by?

A:Our order cut off time is 3pm.  This ensures everything is packed in time for our courier to collect.

Q: Where is your warehouse?

A: Westlake, Cape Town

Q: Can I collect?

A: Yes you can

Q: Weekend delivery?

A: Yes we can arrange Saturday delivery, but this is very costly and will be billed if you agree to a quoted price.  You can, however, order on a Friday and choose ONX courier and collect from the Dawn Wing depot on Saturday morning (CT, JHB and DBN)

Q: Can we get something that's not on the site?

A: Yes we can source most items from our various suppliers around the world. feel free to drop us an email support@davincilab.co.za
