3D Printer Technician

We are looking for an experienced 3D Printer Technician to join our team at DaVinci Lab. 

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Tasks 
• Managing and prioritising your Job cards
• Fulfilling 3D print jobs
• Helping clients over the phone and email with more technical questions to help guide their purchases in our store
• Repairing and tuning 3D Printers
• Custom design and 3D modelling for clients
• Weekly Tasks - Checking workshop stock such as filament
• Key Performance Indicators - Attention to detail, Accuracy, time management, customer service excellence, clean and tidy workshop.

Educational Requirements:

Matric (Must have)

Tertiary Degree (Preferably Engineering Mechatronics but not essential)

Requirements

• Experience repairing 3D Printers 
• CAD and 3D modelling experience
• Experience with 3D printing and CNC 
• Lives in Cape Town (preferably southern suburbs)
• Own transport
