SBS (Styrene-butadiene-styrene) origins from Polystyrene with the combination of Polybutadiene. This combination results in tough yet flexible filament. It is not however as flexible as TPU, although more flexible than PETG. 

SBS has good layer adhesion and does not give off an odour when printing. 3D printing filaments are often subject to a certain level of hygroscopicity. SBS does not absorb moisture and therefore degrade as a result of moisture absorption. 

 

SBS is a high-performance and easy to use Styrene-Butadiene based 3D printer filament, which combines strength, resilience, semi-flexibility and transparency with printability. SBS filament is as clear as PolyCarbonate and has an extremely high surface gloss and by that can truly be called a bright filament. SBS has a low moisture absorption(same as ABS) which makes storage very easy. As a bonus due to its low density the user gets roughly 30% more filament per roll than PLA. Although SBS has a low odor it is still recommended to print it in a well ventilated area as it is Styrene based.

SA Filament has developed a special blend called SBS PLUS with higher softening temperature as normal SBS. SBS PLUS unique formulation with less flexibility that results in more rigid and stable prints.

The sbs filament not stick to the glass board I think it is not a good filament would like my money back

Purchased a few reels to experiment with. Good bed adhesion, but messy print so I guess I have to re-adjust my extrusion speed as getting lots of flaws and 'bits' that need to be cleaned up. Slightly rubbery feel, but not happy with layer adhesion which tends to crack easily on thinner pieces when slightly flexed even when printing at up to 240'C. at 100% infill. I will keep playing with temperatures and extrusion speeds to see if I can get it right. Still prefer working with PLA+ and PETG

Weirdly wonderful

Sticks a bit too well to PEI sheet so I printed this on 65°C Prusa Powerder-coated spring-steel sheet with great results!
It is more flexible than PETG, less stringy than PLA, but tends to create small artifacts but that might be user error and could be corrected by setting up ooze settings.
My print settings: 30% fan speed, Nozzle 225°C, 65°C heatedbed, 50% slower first layer compared to Prusa Generic PLA settings.
