PETG 3D printer filament (Polyethylene Terephthalate) is one of the most commonly used polymers today. It is also used in the manufacture of food packaging, water bottles and many other common plastic items. PETG filament has proven its worth as a durable material that is easy to use. Figuratively speaking, it combines the most useful characteristics of ABS filament with the ease of printing that PLA filament affords.

PETG features:
  • Higher strength
  • Lower shrinkage
  • Combines good strength with ductility, making it a good material for mechanical parts
  • Good chemical resistance
  • Contains UV absorber
  • Good hydrophobicity (does not absorb water easily)

SA Filament PETG has the following characteristics:

  • Print Temperature: 235 – 255°C, dependent on printer model
  • Heat Bed temperature: 65 – 85°C
  • 1Kg net weight
  • Accurate diameter of 1.75mm with a tolerance of ± 0.05mm
  • Spool Size: diameter 200mm, inner hub 58mm & Width 55mm
  • Vacuum Sealed

Translucent Orange PETG a winner

I recently got some Translucent Orange PETG filament to add to my collection, super filament, works exceptionally well. It is not as translucent as the Red, but then that's due to the hue of the colour. I can highly recommend it. I use it on an Ender 3 V2 with a nozzle temp. of 230 C and 55 C base plate temp.

PETG Translucent Violet and Red 1.75

I enjoy printing with PETG and have tried this brand/supplier for the first time. No complaints so far, prints well at my normal PETG settings. It is translucent up to a point and is a nice addition to my PETG collection. I just use hairspray on a glass bed on my UPBOX.

Excellent quality

Been using the pla for a long time and decided to use the PETG and the same as always never disappointed from sa filament translucent blue is absolutely amazing well done still and always will be my go to filament of choice.
