DaVinci Lab Carbon PETG (1.75mm)

This filament is a great middle ground between normal PETG (which was too flexible for my purposes) and nylon CF which has serious warping and dimensional accuracy issues. The filament was easy to print with standard PETG settings 235 Hotend & 75 Bed, retraction caused problems and clogged the nozzle consistently but otherwise printed well. Strong with a great matt finish but very abrasive, hardened nozzle was definitely needed.

Best results were with an all metal hotend and a direct drive extruder.

Filament prints very well. It is more rigid than normal PETG but also more brittle.

DaVinci Carbon PETG has an excellent surface finish. Its works well for creating rigid parts at the cost of reduced thoroughness as it will not flex as much as regular PETG. Be warned that the filament is very abrasive and so requires a hardened nozzle to print. It will also happily abrade away other components if it makes contact in moving assemblies/prints. But is otherwise a great choice for rigid functional components that don't require extreme detail.
